Jimmy Recinos did an excellent job in helping us to sell our beachfront property in the Camelot resort in Myrtle Beach. Jimmy provided us a comprehensive market analysis to aid in preparation and pricing of our unit for sale. Jimmy advertised our unit both locally and nationally and provided us weekly status of interest in our property. Jimmy negotiated our contract to incorporate our wishes with the purchasing agent and completed all necessary arrangements for settlement.
